(road asphalt coatings, drains, etc)<\/li>\n<li>They examine building permits,<\/li>\n<li>They examine objections, complaints, or any procedures for deviations,<\/li>\n<li>They examine applications for the division of land or buildings,<\/li>\n<li>They examine applications for the issuance of final building approval certificates<\/li>\n<li>The take action for old buildings,<\/li>\n<li>They apply the provisions of the \u2018Roads and Buildings law\u2019 and the \u2018Town Planning and Land Planning Law\u2019 and also any other laws and regulations that fall under the responsibilities of the municipality,<\/li>\n<li>They supervise the completion of development projects in the municipality,<\/li>\n<li>They deal with leases, exchanges or giving up of government land,<\/li>\n<li>They take action for any Town Planning topics\/issues \u2013 Local Plan,<\/li>\n<li>They deal with building
